We just came back from a fun trip at Lake Powell in Utah. We launched our boat from Bullfrog Marina.
• We boated and paddled in calm, turquoise bays and explored narrow slot canyons.
• We camped one night in Cathedral in the Desert, a special sandstone amphitheater that appears when the lake water is low.

• We hiked to Defiance House, an ancient Puebloan ruin from around 1250–1285 AD, and saw old pictographs and petroglyphs painted on the canyon walls .

• At night, we sat by a campfire under the stars.

Bullfrog Marina gave us access to wild canyons, quiet beaches, and real history. It was the perfect mix of adventure, nature, and peace.
