Breckenridge Easter Trip – Diary of a Czech Ski Adventure (March 29th – 31st, 2024)
Day 1 – Thursday, March 29th
Easter weekend in Breckenridge with friends! What a trip! We spent two days in the mountains, skiing, laughing, and enjoying every minute together!
We arrived on Friday evening and settled into our condo. The kitchen quickly became the heart of the trip — good food, a glass of wine, and a cake to finish the evening! Tired from the road, happy to be together!
Day 2 – Friday, March 30th
Saturday morning we drove to the slopes, skis on the roof, and up we went! Have you ever ridden a chairlift with your best friends? The sun was shining, the snow was perfect, and we spent the whole day on the mountain — posing for photos, riding the Colorado SuperChair, and taking a break at a sunny table with our helmets off!
Day 3 – Saturday, March 31st
And how did we finish the day? In the outdoor hot tub, of course! Warm water, cold mountain air, and the whole group laughing together. The perfect end to a ski day!
We also walked through the village and visited the giant wooden troll in the forest — have you ever stood next to a troll? What a surprise in the middle of the snow! Tired, happy, and already dreaming of the next trip!
